East Wichita Vacations from $365

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Having stayed with you several times over the years, I always considered it a decent place to stay. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. We booked a room for 16 days, but due to the poor conditions, we were forced to check out early. During the 9 days we actually stayed: - Towels were changed and garbage was taken out only three times. - The bed sheets were never changed, and the room was never vacuumed or properly cleaned. - The room was full of bugs crawling everywhere. - There was a constant, overpowering smell of curry day and night. The quality of service has declined significantly under the new ownership, and I expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and hospitality.

Great place to stay! Clean and pleasant staff,

Clean room, great hot tub

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were much better than most hotels with complimentary breakfast bars, and the woman maintaining the breakfast area went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The mattresses were the right mix of firmly supportive and sufficiently yielding, so we slept well. My only complaint is that having the light switch for the bathroom on the outside made it impossible to use the toilet during the night without having it shine brightly into the bedroom area. Having some sort of night light inside the bathroom would fix this annoyance.

Clean room, good breakfast. Best part there were several restaurants close by within walking distance.
